Realtime trouble?

Hello,
I am a new member enjoying Cumulus and how it is working with my new Davis Wireless Vantage Pro2.
I must admit I am a newbie when it comes to creating and maintaining a website. I am sure I made a basic mistake along the way and would love someone's help.
I am struggling with realtime updating for my website: http://home.comcast.net/~lacamaslakewx/
Let me say that Cumulus is working great updating my Weather Underground page in both standard and Rapid Fire.
Cumulus is also working perfectly updating my website at 5 minute intervals. However I cannot seem to get it to update in realtime fashion. The wind gauges are stuck on zero and north. It is likely a stupid mistake on my part or, perhaps, Comcast does not support realtime updating?
The first shows my Cumulus Internet Configuration: (please note I have tried it with Realtime FTP and Realtime.txt FTP toggled on and off ... no luck)

Here are the files on my website.

Thanks for you help.
