Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
It looks like there may be a problem in your April log file; could you upload that, please?

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
I can't reproduce the problem, and no-one on the Delphi forum can suggest why it might be happening. Even if it's your data, it shouldn't be causing the Delphi code to crash like that. I could have one more try at reproducing it; perhaps you could give me your data logs for January to March 2012 too, then I'll have all of your data for this year.

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
Ok, like always I get the strangest problems, huh?
I reset the whole station when I moved, so I don't have anything from before that date. But that shouldn't be the problem, should it? Or does the script need January 1st to generate the file?

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
Ok, that is it... I just copied the January file from where I lived before into the folder and there it is. So it does need the January to generate the annual NOAA report...
Thanks for your help anyways, and sorry that I didn't think of that option before...

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
I see what the problem is now (although I don't understand why it crashed in such a strange way). Your dayfile.txt has valid entries going back to June last year, so the code incorrectly assumes that you'll also have corresponding monthly log files. I'll change it to cope with that situation.

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
But where does the NOAA report get its data from? I deleted wrong measurements from the monthly logs (like the huge rain caused by moving the station to the new garden) and still I get ridiculously high rainfall for February..
I actually wanted to start again from the day when I moved, now with Jan and Feb completely in it again I get these values in the report. Can I simply remove the day of moving and the value will not be in it anymore? One missing day wont spoil my averages too much, and the old garden is less than a mile away, so no problem...

Re: Cannot save NOAA reports
It gets everything from dayfile.txt except average wind speed and dominant wind direction, which it calculates from the monthly log files.
