I checked all Dutch websites, the following ones did not work at the time of testing.

NL - Netherlands (total: 31 sites)
- Meteo Huins -> http://www.meteohuins.nl seems to be the correct URL
- Noardburgum, Fryslan (http://www.weerstationburgum.nl is active, but I did not find any Cumulus reference there)

HO - Holland (total: 3 sites)
- Weerstation Zwanenbalg Julianadorp NH
(Weerstation Zwanenbalg Julianadorp is active)

Could you please change the category of the remaining 2 sites under 'HO - Holland' to 'NL - Netherlands', and delete the category 'HO - Holland'?

All the other ones (31) were active, and updated to the day of testing.
