Cumulus Support

Hi Steve,

I'm getting this error and the index file isn't being processed. File size is 0 bytes.

14/02/2012 10:16:02.824 : Error processing web\indexT.htm Error: Invalid URL encoded character (%>C) at position 2
14/02/2012 10:16:10.715 : Error processing C:\Program Files\Cumulus\web\indexT.htmtmp Error: Invalid URL encoded character (%>C) at position 2


Not sure where to look to rectify this error.

I solved this by replacing with backups of cumulus.ini and indexT.htm files. I'm glad I do a daily backup of the entire cumulus folder.
I'd still like to hear anyone's thoughts on this error.

Do you still have the indexT.htm causing the problem? It's hard to say what the problem was without seeing it.

I deleted the cumulus.ini file from your post (it still had your WU and PWS Weather passwords in it) but it had already been downloaded twice before I saw it.

Thanks Steve. I forgot about those passwords. Unfortunately, I have overwritten the indexT file with the saved copy. At the time I was trying to create my own realtime.txt file and had added extra fields to the realtimereader.js file. I was adding real time webtags to the indexT file so possibly I broke something doing that. Thanks again.
