advice please

i have been tasked by my nci station to put the weather on our website using cumulus (in around six months time, i am pretty new to this so to test my ability i managed to put a page on the web it is not connected to any weather station so there is no data being inputted. http://www.ncirossallpoint.co.uk/weather/ i have noticed that there is sunset/sunrise and moon set times but no moon rise is that specific to not recieving data or is it something i have/not done?
also could you please advise on how to change the text "The weather station in use is the Davis Vantage Pro2, and these pages are updated every 15 minutes. The meteorological day used at this station ends at midnight."

You can change the text for the weather station type using the 'station model' setting in the station settings. The update interval and meteorological day are set automatically using web tags from the settings you've configured in Cumulus.

If you want to change the text completely, edit indexT.htm in the Cumulus web folder. See the wiki for more information about modifying web pages.
