UFO's caught on webcam????

Post by ironeagleuk »

Glanced over to my second monitor with the weathercam on, and saw 2 white lights moving across the skyfrom right to left....they disappeared out of view, and then was followed by another about 30 seconds later....also caught that one as I had panned the camera round to follow the other 2 across the sky.

Here are the pics that were caught which is taken every 30 seconds:

I opened my window....computer is at the back of the house, and camera is at the front, but couldn't hear anything...thought they might have been helicoptors.

So rushed to the front window, and saw what they were.......well, saw what the third one was anyway.....

Chinese lanterns? Though they look too white for those.

You win the prize of....erm....I'll let you know :)

I guess that shows lack of quality from the cam....with the naked eye I could see they were orange, and the clear shape of the lantern....they must have been a good 2ft tall

Chinese lanterns cause a lot of UFO reports. Dangerous things - set fire to thatch and crops, injure animals when they eat the frames. :(

Sorry, no banner - weather station out of action. Hoping to be up and running with a new home-made one soon.
