So I am a complete novice when it comes to all this web stuff and pretty much know naff all about any of it. I did however want to do something with solar measurements. Since I upgraded to the FO 3081 I thought man I now have solar info but no real way to display it like I would like. So I have come up with this. http://mspec.no-ip.org/ (Click on the solar tab) , It may not be pretty and my attempt at coding sucks but meh at least it works. The 2 gauges are real time and Sinc every 30 secs and the graphs are based over 1 week and refresh when the page is refreshed.
That's all I have to say about that (well so far anyway lol)
Thanks to aussiewmr who got me setup with the template for the main site, As I said I know bugger all about all this web coding stuff.
Ps. If the gauges are showing zero its cause its night time lol.

That's brilliant! Here in Palmerston, North Australia, we get the highest Average Annual UV index of 11 (we've been on 15/16 for a couple of weeks now) and an annual average solar exposure of 21 Megajoules per square meter. On the bad side, Australia suffers from the worst rate of sun related cancers 
, so we have to really watch it up here. So when I upgrade, I want what you got.

Sorry Phil did not see you had posted, No not using sql yet (working on it) , Its using the log file (from on here) which creates a flat file only problem is the file size starts getting pretty big pretty quick, Not really a problem for me but if you were on a hosted site may start causing a few problems. The graphs use jpgraph (modified script from on here) and the gauges are fusion widgets which get their data from a realtime.xml (seperate one processed via cumulus) file every 30 seconds. Its all a bit of a mish mash of stuff. Once I get the sql sorted out will post it all up so anybody can play around with it.aussiewmr wrote:Yes that is a great job, and I want one for my site.
