Cumulus Support

Hello I am a newbe and hope I am in the right place for this question? I have followed all the instructions on editing the xml file in CumulusRealtime .zip download and when the data is finished, it shows my web page with My name title at the top but shows Sanday weather instead of my local weather readings. I compared my weather website with Sanday website weather and they are the same readings. I deleted Sanday URL and entered my URL and edited the sitename section and everything came up as supposed to, except I get the wrong weather readings. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, ttexsun

Thanks for your reply. My website is http://www.dewellsweatherstation.net When it opens, click the Weather Information tab and you will see a link called CumulusRealtime, click on this link and it will take you to it. I hope this is what you need . Thanks again ttexsun

You've changed the name of the XML tag which specifies the location of the realtime.txt file. In the absence of the correct tag, it's using the default realtime.txt file (mine).

Should be

<realtimeURL>http://www.dewellsweatherstation.net/we ... ealtimeURL>

I still must be doing something wrong. I still get the same readings even after the changes and restarting my computer.

How can I add a link inside cumulus webpages with realtime and show it in cuumlus webpages with now,gauges,today,yesterday,...ect. ttexsun

Is there any way you could please check my .xap file. I fiddled around with it trying to open it ( I ashamed to admit ), and may have corrupted it. I have deleted and redownloaded CumulusRealtime 3 or 4 times and my computer will not recognize the new downloaded .xap file. That might be my problem. I don't know if that would have anything to do with problem. I copyed and paste the CumulusRealtime.xml file into notepad and saved it as CumulusRealtime so I would be sure and not make a mistake in changing the file. Still the same problem. Your .xap file is fine, it loads and runs perfectly. The problem is with your XML file - http://www.dewellsweatherstation.net/Cu ... altime.xml

Can you show what I need to do to correct my http://www.dewellsweatherstation.net/Cu ... altime.xml file.
