Potential new user - quick q's

I have a vineyard of 9 acres at the moment, not a commercial venture yet as we have not taken any fruit. One day I might like to retire to this vineyard and make it a going concern.
However, we have spring frost problems at the lowest point of the vineyard and I need to install a weather station (probably a VP2) so that I can monitor a range of temperatures across the length of the vineyard. I was intending to use Cumulus to do this.
I am looking at situating the iss in the middle of the vineyard for wind, uv, temp et al and also a couple of remote wireless temp sensors at the extremities ( ie top and bottom) so I get an idea of how the frost moves down the slope and how, if at all, the heat we put in removes the frost and heats the vineyard - and to what extent.
Now I understand that multiple sensors are not catered for in Cumulus, so how do we get the three temp readings across the length of the slope? Is this doable at all? From what I've read here it isn't (but maybe one day?) This means I cannot use Cumulus for this? Is that correct?
Regards
