I know you will have a lot of suggestions on your plate, but would it be possible for the tray icon to indicate when an error occurs. e.g. flash red like the error light in the main display?

It does that already. It certainly used to work, but I've just tried it (on Windows 7) and it doesn't work; so I guess this is either something to do with Windows 7, or a bug in the component that I use to handle the tray icon.

The flash interval on the tray component had got set to zero - I guess this would have been way back in 1.9.1 when I had to rebuild Cumulus for the new version of the development environment. So that's easily fixed...
