Cumulus Support

My uploads to WOW have stopped working since loading cumulus onto a new PC.
I have even signed up for a new WOW account entered the new site ID and 6 digit pin but nothing is showing on WOW,Cumulus is showing as 'updating WOW' on the bottom of the screen.
Anyone got any ideas what may cause this?
OS is XP on the pc BTW

If you turn on the debug log, the debug.log file will show the updates being sent to WOW and any error messages coming back.

According to WOW, site 23867912 is Tan Hill.

Yes,it stopped working so i set up another which is the one i now have set up in cumulus,neither are working.

Ah, sorry, I didn't look at the end of the file to see the ID you're now using. So you're at Tan Hill, rather than Lairg?

It seems to have updated just twice:
Is the clock on your PC correct? WOW are fussy about accurate timestamps. But as WOW is returning a 'success' message, I suspect the problem is at their end.

I have a site at Tan Hill and Lairg,the 2 updates are when i used the wow id in the cumulus installed at Lairg to make sure it works.See the latest debug an error 403 is showing

Oh yes, I should have spotted that! You will have issues with your Cumulus data logs as a result.
