Removing Realtime Gauges from Site

Post by jgkurz »

Hi All,

I'm a new weather station owner and new to Cumulus. I am impressed with how easy the Cumulus was to setup and how the site looks.

I have decided not to deploy the real time and thus do not need the bottom gauges on the "gauges.htm" page. They currently show on the page but are inactive.

What's the easiest way to remove the "real time wind data" gauges from my site?

Thank you,
John

Edit the gaugesT.htm template in the Cumulus web folder. The section to be removed is marked in the file.

Rather than remove the code totally I would just comment it out. That way if you change your mind it is easy to start them up again.

I found the section for real time in the gauges.htm file and removed it. That worked perfectly. Thank you!
