Cumulus Support

Hi

I have a Maplin 1081 installed and running since Jan 1st but it's not showing any sunshine hours at all when I check the records section on Cumulus. Everything else seems to be working fine, although a small issue over corrected data not displaying on the web page but I can live with that.

I have searched the forum and found references to another F/O unit and having to solder sensors etc but don't think that as it's only 3 weeks old I want to go down that road.

Is this actually a problem or does this unit not collect sun hours readings as it impossible to tell from the instrcutions?

Any others had or having this problem?

Any thought welcome before I go back to Maplin and try to get a new sensor unit.

I don't think a 1081 has a solar sensor (nor can it have one fitted), those models are the 3080 and 3081.

I did wonder if that was the case, but good tgo have it confirmed.
