What Happens Upon Loss of Internet Connectivity?

I have a general question about what occurs if the computer running Cumulus loses internet connectivity. I upload to Wunderground and CWOP - if my computer loses internet connectivity, how does Cumulus respond to that? Does it simply fail on the uploads and then resumes when internet service is restored, or does it hold on to the data and upload the entire batch once connectivity is restored? Thank you for clarifying.

If, like me, you like to keep the missing data to a minimum there was a discussion in this thread on how to achieve this. https://cumulus.hosiene.co.uk/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6672

As you have a Davis Vue you have the capability but you'll need WL running which requires VirtualVP running. A little more involved but it does mean I can fill in the gaps at WU but not at CWOP.
