Does anyone know how to get the original EasyWeather software to read an old .DAT file? I.e. if you have saved the .DAT file from a previous period and started afresh and EasyWeather has created a new .DAT file, how can you read the old archived data?
I tried deleting the existing .DAT file and copied the archive .DAT file into the EasyWeather Program Folder but it does not read the data.
Any suggestions?
Cheers,
Skyline

Re: Easy Weather Historical .DAT Files
Hi Skyline.
U might be able to mash the data by using an editor like CSVEdit.
You would need to get the 2 files open and paste the new data on top of the old stuff.
DAJ (see Forum user) is very good at this so he may be able to help.
Why are u using EW anyway? Why not Cumulus?
I run both but thats another story.
