Ftp login works, but files don't upload

Hi.

I am trying to upload the Cumulus files to my website, but nothing seems to be uploading. When I go to 'Web Update' the ftp login is fine, and the files on the hard drive get updated, but they don't appear in the website. I don't receive any error message, and the ftp progress box looks like this:

Logging in to ****.com
Changing directory to web
Uploading standard files
Sending html pages
Changing directory to images
Sending graph files
Logging out

The ftplog.txt file, though, does have some errors like this:

10:37:21:506 ! Next3GetAsync
10:37:21:506 ! HighLevelAsync 0
10:37:21:506 ! HighLevelAsync done
10:37:22:224 Changing directory to /weather
10:37:22:224 FTP Command: CWD /weather
10:37:22:224 05672180 TriggerDataSent 908
10:37:22:239 FTP Response: 550 /weather: No such file or directory
10:37:22:239 >|550 /weather: No such file or directory|

What's going wrong, given that it seems to be logging into my website OK, and I have added all the relevent files and folders?

many thanks,

Luke

Either you haven't created that directory on your server, or (more likely) "/weather" is not the correct path to get to it. Just "weather" may work, or with some ftp servers you need things like "public_html/weather" or any of a number of other possibilities, it's impossible to tell you exactly what to put without knowing how your server is configured.

Many thanks, Steve. I got onto my ISP, and have sorted it now at last.
