Keyboard Troubles...

Post by duke »

Ok, this is driving me potty.

How do you get the degree symbol on a keyboard to write °C?

And, how do you get a small elevated 2 as in W/m² ?

I copied / pasted these examples.

Alt + 0176 = °

Alt + 0178 = ²

And all the rest you find at this page: http://www.petefreitag.com/cheatsheets/ascii-codes/
Good Luck :!:

The alt + number codes have to entered via the numeric pad, not the keys above the letters.

But if you want them on a web page, degree is "°" and superscript 2 is "s"
