Cumulus Support

I have tried every thing I can think of, I'm new to Cumulus but every thing else seems to work except the wind speed and some of the related wind categories.
Wind direction is working and web site works but desk top and web do not have wind speed.
Wind speed works when I test with weather link (Not running at the same time) The anemometer is OK I have an envoy on a different computer using VWS and everything is working.

I don't have many diagnostics for the Davis code, because normally it 'just works', and if there are problems then none of the data gets read and the existing diagnostics are enough. I don't recall a problem where everything except wind speed works. To begin with, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

Hello Steve and thank you for such a fast reply.
I found the problem was just a bad install of the program. Although I did remove and reinstall, I didn't remove the folders and files left behind from the original install.
The wind speed and associated gauges and dials are working now. Thanks for your help.
Just checked and even web page is working
