More wishes!

Hi Steve,
I have loaded the b1.8.5 and it does indeed show all my extra sensors for my OS WMR928NX; what would be nice is if we could give them custom names e.g. Basement, Conservatory etc.
Would it be possible to change the Outdoor Temperature to read Outdoor instead of Temperature like the Indoor Heading.
Also it would be nice if it were possible to choose the colours of the coloured elements of the gauges i.e. The wind plot colour and the arrow colours and the average/gust colours.
And maybe the option of a graphical representation of the forecast, don“t want much do I?
This is just my personal wishes and in no way is a criticism of this excellent software.
Regards,

These are good suggestions, but I've really stopped doing enhancements to this version now. Well, I'm trying, anyway
I'll bear these in mind when doing Cumulus 2 - but the gauges and graphs etc will be completely different, so some suggestions may not apply.
The change of the 'Temperature' heading to 'Outdoor' is a good one - it used to just display temperature in there, but it's more now, so 'outdoor' is more appropriate. I can easily include that in the next build which I'm preparing now.

Steve, any chance we can have the web tag <#beaufortH> for the all time highest wind speed. I have looked at the manual and I have tried it (before I get my head bitten).
Also is there a reason why gusts (now, today, yesterday and all time) do not have tags for beaufort value?

It was pointed out to me that Beaufort only applies to sustained winds of 10 mins or more, and therefore Cumulus only applies it to (current) average.
Actually a 'gust' is a very specific thing as well:
/* Wind Gust: definition
Is a sudden, brief increase in speed of the wind. According to U.S. weather observing practice,
gusts are reported when the peak wind speed reaches at least 16 knots and the variation
in wind speed between the peaks and lulls is at least 9 knots.
The duration of a gust is usually less than 20 seconds.
But Cumulus uses the term 'gust' for Max. or current, ie. Not the average value.

There are other definitions of 'gust', one of which (WMO, I think) is the average wind speed over a 3 second period, which roughly corresponds to the data that the Vantage Pro gives, which is why Cumulus tends to refer to the latest reading from the station as a gust, even though it doesn't fit the definition for other stations. So it's also referred to as just 'latest'.

Regards,
I've added tags for these to the latest 1.8.6 beta build (see announcements). Tags are <#ExtraTemp1>, <#ExtraTemp2> etc, <#ExtraHum1> etc. <#ExtraDP1> etc. Full list in help file.
