WS-1080 Wind Speed

My console only shows wind speeds of .7 mph and 2.2 mph. If this a limitation for wind speed under 3 mph?

Not quite, it should also display 1.6 mph (also 3.1 mph) and of course zero mph.
I'm currently looking into the "accuracy" and calibration of the FO anemometer, but for now you might be interested in my final post in this thread (and perhaps the earlier posts).
