Post by Colin2 »

Hi,
I can't start cumulus anymore. I get the attached error report. Any idea how this can be rectified?
Thanks
Colin

It looks like your Windows date/time format has changed (or your today.ini file is corrupt) so Windows is now unable to recognise the dates and/or times in today.ini.

Many thanks - You are correct. I changed date format yesterday to show what day it was.

Unfortunately that causes Cumulus problems because it uses Windows system functions to parse dates, so if the format changes it can longer do that. Ideally I would have used a fixed format everywhere, independent of Windows (e.g. standard ISO format), but hindsight is 20/20 vision, as they say.
