Re: Cumulus Crashing when trying to view previous Data.
You're using a very old beta build. Please install the latest version and see if you still have a problem. Could you also please delete the bugreport.txt file as it has a lot of old reports in there.
Note that you have two problems in dayfile.txt:
01/01/2012 16:36:43.726 : Error plotting charts at line 418 of dayfile.txt: List index out of bounds (0)
01/01/2012 16:36:43.726 : Error plotting charts at line 419 of dayfile.txt: List index out of bounds (0)
These are probably just blank lines, so you should (carefully) delete them.

Hi Steve
I updated to the latest version and it has stopped the crashing but i'm still getting an error on line 450 of the dayfile.txt I corrected the previous blank line errors but can't see whats wrong with line 450. Maybe you can?

You have a number of blank lines at the end of the file.

There are much better text editors than Notepad, eg. http://notepad-plus-plus.org/

Re: Cumulus Crashing when trying to view previous Data.
Thanks for that Steve but unfortunately today i have another issue. Monthly and Yearly rainfall are saying 17.8mm which is incorrect. The last 24 hour value is correct at 23.4mm as i had 15.0mm today and 8.4mm yesterday. I checked the dayfile.txt for blank lines and i don't see any. I enclose a copy for you to look at. Your dayfile.txt entry for 2nd Jan is tacked onto the end of the entry for 1st Jan, you need to separate them. I suspect you deleted the last 'newline' in the file when you deleted the blank lines.

Cheers Steve that fixed the issue. Thanks again for the link to the txt editor software. So much better than Notepad.steve wrote:Your dayfile.txt entry for 2nd Jan is tacked onto the end of the entry for 1st Jan, you need to separate them.
