Cumulus Support

Hi
I have been running v1.9.2 and have WS1093 weather station. Since yesterday cumulus hangs on startup as it attempts to download data from the station. The software sits with the small window showing "Downloading data Please wait". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the software but it still continues. I have disconnected and reconnected the station unit. Windows locates the device fine. It connects via USB. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Have you tried resetting the station - remove batteries and USB cable? Sometimes these stations can get 'stuck' in a state where they won't talk to Cumulus. They also have a high failure rate. If resetting doesn't help, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.
