Anyone been able to download v1.9.2 - December 27, 2011 - 4.19 MB? I'm just getting a zero byte file CumulusSetup.exe.

Very strange.

Just tried again at with Firefox www.sandaysoft.com/downloads

left click on CumulusSetup.exe
or
right click "save link as"

in both cases a zero byte file gets downloaded.

with Internet Explorer I just get errors

Perhaps I need to look at firewalls or something. This has never happened before...

Worked fine for me because I had to download to solve a problem with the rain rate calcualation of my La Crosse station from the logger.

It maybe your ISP has a cache server that has a corrupt copy - if so it may age out in a day or two. I used to get that with downloads from TomTom with my last ISP.

Thanks for that Mark - I think you're spot on! I tried downloading via a different ISP and it appears to download. Unfortunately it's dial-up and it takes an age and keeps dropping out so I still haven't managed it. But I'll keep trying...

I used to VPN in to work, and out through their proxy servers to bypass the ISP ;)

Mark

With the help of Google I've learned something new.

By adding a "?" after the URL you bypass any ISP cache.

http://www.sandaysoft.com/downloads/CumulusSetup.exe?

And the download goes perfectly.
