Hello Steve and happy new year. Without do anything from 1st day of the new year the NOAA reports start works and update againe at midnight every night, again. Till then i update them from Internet / files.
That's good. Sorry that I didn't look at the log you attached; you must have edited your post to add the file after I'd already read the post, so I had no way of knowing it was there. I've looked at it now and all looks OK in there.
Strange things Steve. All looks ok in the logs but i wasn't update every midnight till 31 of December 2012. And starts again on first of January 1213. May be it was ... tired updating for one year. A soluion is to update it manualy from the internet / files.
Thanks for your attention.
Being new here, (not sure how long I can say that) the last thing I need to set up for my weather station (http://home.gci.net/~firemanak/weather/) is the NOAA setup. I have everything filled out down to the thresholds. I created a directory on my site called NOAA (http://home.gci.net/~firemanak/noaa)...So how do I get that info from there to NOAA? This is the part I just can't figure out, and if it's simple, then my excuse is it's early not enough caffeine! lol
Thanks Steve and everyone for all the help, my next adventure is a weather cam.

You don't. These reports are not a way of sending data to NOAA, they are 'NOAA-style' reports, i.e. reports which are in the style of reports produced by NOAA (apparently - although I have no idea what a real NOAA report looks like).
If you have filled in all the details correctly, then after each end of day 'rollover', Cumulus will regenerate the current reports and upload them to your web site. The reports are in plain text format in exactly the same format as you see when you view them in Cumulus.
