Help on how to customise the twitter message.

Hi,
I just need a bit of clarification on customising the default twitter message that
gets generated automatically and sent to twitter.
I currently have the option selected in Cumulus to send the default message
to twitter, but I would like to pre-fix the message with the words "Current Conditions:"
Example of "Default" message currently being sent to Twitter:
What I would like to have displayed is:
then save it to my Cumulus folder? Or would this just then display the words Current Conditions:
and not have any of the other information displayed?
If this is so, has anyone got the string of Webtags that is used to generate the default twitter message that
I can modify to include the "Current Conditions:" text to.
Thanks in advance,
Mark
