Could any good member send me a screen shot of their NOAA Set Up, I am working in degrees C, I have a problem where the cooling days are not working.

Here's mine but I wouldn't worry about Cooling Days showing as zero. That will only show a value when the outside temp is high enough to require you to turn on the air-cond! Unlikely in December in the northern hemisphere.
You need to find a Met Office site near you for average temps and rainfall. Also note I have changed the rainfall camparison 1 value to 0.02. The default is 0.01" or 0.2mm.

"Cooling days" will only occur in our summer. You use metric so will see mm instead of inches but the default values will be populated by Cumulus.
