Seems to perform a floor() rather than a round?
97 * 1.03 = 99 (99.91 rounded would be 100)
97 * 1.02 = 98 (98.94 rounded would be 99)
Not sure it is a problem, just unexpected.

Yes; I needed to convert it to an integer so truncated rather than rounding. There may have been a reason, I can't remember. I think I'd rather not change it now, just in case!
