Cumulus Support

Hi All, my WH1081 memory is about 25% full and the data had been downloaded previously into another PC running Cumulus.

I have installed Cumulus 1.9.2 onto my Windows 7 PC and hooked up the WH1081 but looking at the graph's it only appears to have downloaded the last record. Pretty sure I followed the install guide and can't see what i have done wrong.

Any ideas please.

If I decide to give it a try, will it be ok to use an artificial timestamp well in the past to ensure I collect all the data on the device? Thing is I don't know exactly how far the data goes back!

Yes, Cumulus seems to work fine if you set a timestamp (date) earlier than the first available record.

You could have just copied over the Cumulus data files from your old PC and it would have carried on from where it left off before.

That is a better solution, because the data files will normally have the data to a greater resolution than the logger, and all your records etc will be carried forward and not have to be recalculated from the logger data - again with possible loss of some extreme values because the logger only contains snaphots.
