Wow, what could be one of the biggest fundamental scientific discoveries (not officially a 'discovery' yet as they only have a error sigma of 2.3; 3.0 is required for confirmation) for 100 years, it's been all over the news here, and the web everywhere.Matt.j5b wrote:I never heard anything about that in Australia, thats interesting stuff.

That seems to be the way the media is. They report astronomical things like lunar eclipses and life out there and then this massive and important discovery is announced and… we hear nothing.
That’s the media they report the big stories and leave out the even bigger stories. At least you have told us what we have missed.
