Cumulus stuck at "Downloading Data".

I have been stuck with the window of downloading data now for hours and hours. This is the first time this has happened.
I shut down Cumulus and restarted. I even restarted my computer and nothing.

I have to do a control alt and delete to stop Cumulus because it freezes.
I even deleted Cumulus and restarted my computer to reinstall and find it still freezes with the downloading data please wait window.
Any suggestions why all of a sudden this would happen?

Your station is not returning the data that Cumulus expects; sometimes the station's memory gets corrupted - have you tried resetting it? If resetting it doesn't help, please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

I will try to figure that out on resetting. I have also asked the company for an exchange on the USB wire and inside console because I notice it is too loose, wondering if it is losing data from that too. I know it's not normal. But, as far as resetting for corruption, I will have to read to figure that out on the manual.
Just have a lot going on with surgeries here and it will have to wait a bit.
