hi all,
i need help reading this

preg_match('|(.*)on(.*)$|', $time, $matches);

what wood this look for

|(.*)on(.*)$|

also were can i find more info

It appears to be an over complicated way to find 'on' in the string $time.

For (some) help on regex syntax RTFM http://www.php.net/manual/en/reference. ... syntax.php

php regular-expressions?
