Met office WOW observations idea

Hello

Sorry if this has already been asked but I couldn't find it.

I've been using the Met Office WOW site a lot recently, and I have my weather station set for automatic observations every 30 minutes. However, when I am around to observe, I like to edit these automatic observations to add the Present Weather, Visibility, Ground State Code and Total Cloud Cover.

Would it be possible to add a feature where we can enter these parameters into a form on the main Cumulus interface and perhaps have it automatically upload these to the Met Office WOW site until the form is cleared (i.e. you would clear the form when the position is no longer manned). This would make it a lot easier to make detailed observations because you would enter the select the relavent conditions and then only have to make the relavent alterations every time an observation was due to be transmitted. Additionally, these observations could be stored somewhere within the database for future reference.

Thanks

Callum

The only details that Cumulus can upload to the WOW site are those that it already uploads.
