Downloading Data, doesn't go any further

I am trying to connect my weather station and it keeps coming up with Downloading Data and nothing happens. I tried the old software and it is saying there is a problem communicating. Nothing has changed since I was using it this morning. THe wesather station is working fine. I tried different USB ports as well.

That's just the first file, where you set up the station type initially. It ends:

24/11/2011 17:22:08.640 : 5:22:08 PM EWUSB: Get history data
24/11/2011 17:22:08.645 : Request EW data block, addr = 000000

So it appears that the station isn't responding. I can't say any more than that from just that one file. If there is only one file, then you have only run Cumulus once, so you could try restarting it having set the station type.

Is there a way of resetting the station?

Remove the batteries from the console and unplug the USB cable.

Fixed it by pulling the batteries out.
