Cumulus Support

HI there, My Cumulus real time weather (silver light one) has stopped working. I have checked all the upload paths and they are right, The Cumulus software seem to updating the file on the computer, but it not uploading to the host. I have all the right boxes ticked.

It was working and has been working for over 1 year now, and nothing has changed with the weather station or my host. The only new thing that I have updated is the Cumulus software to Version 1.9.2 Build 1020.

Can any one help me with this....

Have you tried restarting Cumulus? If you have, turn on ftp logging and look at the realtimeftplog.txt file.

I not sure whats happening there, as the file director is right? should it have http://www in front? All other data is up loading right...

No, it's a file path on the ftp server, not a URL. If tepukeweather.co.nz/weather is the correct path (and presumably it is, as it was working until 23:20 last night), then I can only think that it's a problem with the ftp server. You could try deleting the realtime.txt file from the server.

Hi Guys, got the issue working, YAY set up a new FTP account on my host all going good now Thanks
