extra sensor
I have a WMR100. My wind/temp sensor (main outdoor reading on the cumulus software) is not always working and needs to be replaced so I have an extra channel 2 sensor for my temp. reading. Is there anyway to make the extra channel 2 my main outdoor reading??? on the cumulus software. Thanks Steve

Re: extra sensor
Yes - stop Cumulus and edit Cumulus.ini; in the [Station] section, add a line
WMR200TempChannel=2
and then the channel 2 sensor will be used as the main sensor.

Re: extra sensor
If you mean a new 'main' temp/hum sensor, then the answer is yes.stsve57 wrote:If I get a new wind speed sensor do I just take that line back out??

Re: extra sensor
Hi
i have just tried that with my WMR100 vut the only way i can get it to display is by selecting to display the solar data then it shows the temp from the extra channel in that box at the bottom of the cumulus display,but the data being sent to my website and wunderground etc is from the standard sensor that shows 0
cumulus.ini attached
cheers
