Records webpage on upload picking up wrong date

I decided to reset my Weather Station records today by restarting records from 12 November 2011. Station is a Watson (Fine Offset Type). If I view my record.htm webpage at http://www.yorkshirewalker.co.uk/weather/record.htm above the table I get a historic date above the table of 28 November 2010 which was when I last did a full restart of my records. The caption reads:
Records began on 28 November 2010. Here are the extremes recorded since then.
Records Since 28 November 2010
I want this to read the latest date I did the reset today i.e. 12 November 2011
If I edit the record.htm file to state 12 November 2011 rather than 28 November 2010 and then save it to the web server it corrects itself on my website straight away, but then reverts back within minutes to 28 November 2010 at the next upload.
I think it is pulling this old date from one of the style sheets but having spent over an hour trying to find where this date is being pulled from I have given up! Does anyone know which file I need to edit to change this from 28 Nov 2010 to read 12 Nov 2011?
