please help me

Post by Edwin »

I'm sorry, my English is not so good but I do my best.

I have an Viking weather station and use Cumulus software, and everything works perfect.
But I have a website ( http://www.hattecamping.se), and like to use the weather information on my site.

I don't know anything about HTML or something  . I create the site in Studio Webdesign 5 pro.
I've followed the "setting up your website" in Cumulus help, and it's uploading the files to my webspace, so thats working.

But I don't know how to go further.
Maybe I need a HTML code which I can use in Studio Webdesign?

I hope someone can help me out with this.
Thank you in advance :!:

I think this is because you already have a web site at that URL with its own index page.

Try creating a folder on your site such as "weather" and upload the files to there i.e. http://www.hattecamping.se/weather/ and then access the Cumulus website by using a URL like http://www.hattecamping.se/weather/index.htm .

It looks like you have not uploaded all the necessarary 'support' files.
/images directory. dbimages etc.

This is his 'weather' directory: http://www.hattecamping.se/weer

No, you can have more than one index file in the same directory ... as long as they each have a different extension (ie: htm, html, php, pl, etc.) ... as long as your server has been programmed (setup) to recognise the files as 'index files'.

The weather web site has already its own sub-directory (ie: 'weer') at Hätte Camping weather.

As pointed out by beteljuice, some of the graphic files are missing - the 'images' sub-directory as well as the graphic files normally uploaded by Cumulus are missing - thus, the 'trends' page is not displaying properly.

Edwin,
In the Cumulus Configuration menu, Internet settings screen, make sure you have ticked both of the boxes 'Include standard Files' and 'Include Standard Images'.

I'm guessing the Images box is unticked.
Cheers,
Graeme.

Hi Beteljuice, thanks for your reply,

I've uploaded these files: weatherstyle.css
wz_jsgraphics.js
folder dbimages and all of its contents (put the files into the dbimages folder)
CumulusRealtime.swf

I've read this in the Cumulus help function.
Do I have to upload more files or did I something wrong?

I'm glad I have a part on my website but it should be nice if everything works!

I'm sorry I forgot to say that I also did this:
"The following file needs to be uploaded to your images directory: picture.jpg "
But that is only one picture
