Bug : Resize graph on existing website!

Post by JacquesD »

Hi

I have a clue!

On personal site I've changed graph size to 720 x 288
Then discover that newest graph file on website is 2011-07-16 :bash:
Graph stay unchanged even if I change size or "un-tick" Resize

On 2nd Cumulus Install "Dev Station", clean install, I could change to anything I want.

Seem to be the same for others too

Someone idea?

Why do you think it's a problem with resizing, if unticking resize doesn't help?

Is the image being created on your PC? If not, are there any errors in the diags files? If the file is being created on your PC, then presumably it's an ftp problem, so turn on ftp logging. Have you got 'include standard images' ticked?

I don't know what you mean by 'seems to be the same for others too'.

So it's an ftp problem. Seems odd that only Rob and you seem to be having this problem.

I tried resizing mine, with and without 3D, and it worked fine. But if it's working OK for you and just not uploading them, then I can't work that out at all. Admittedly I didn't try uploading the resized ones but I just can't see how resizing would cause problems with the ftp. I suggest (again) that you turn on ftp logging.

The default is 750x300. Unticking 'resize' should make them that size?

Well I don't have problems with it any further it seems the graphs are resized, the problem(s) by Jacques are not caused by cumulus I think
