Have you used the record editor at some point and reconstructed any data from the log files?

For the wind gust, yes.
But not for the wind speed.

Just think about it, I have been playing with the ‘Calibration’.
That good explain it.

If those figures were actually written at that time then they should have the same value, regardless of any calibration settings. But it's impossible to explain, over four months after the event.

You could have a look at your high speed for that day in dayfile.txt; then you might have a third figure to play with :lol:

Bear in mind that support for the WMR200 was very new at that time.

There it is: 41.8 = 20.9 8-)
As I was saying, I was playing in that week with the calculation (+2)
And yes, I started using Cumulus on 17-6 so you are absolutely right.
