No big deal, but does the spike filter not apply to the internal temperature readings? Mine is set at 4...

No, it just applies to outside temperature. I didn't think there was an issue with the inside temperature, as no radio transmission is involved - clearly an incorrect assumption!

Well, to be fair it is the first time I have seen it in 20 months. But as there is no error detection in the protocol I guess it can happen (and assuming the station reads the value correctly, like doesn't read in the middle of a write!).
