It's driven by dayfile.txt, so you either have days missing, or some sort of problem in the file which caused it to stop processing after the 28th.

I found the entry for oct 30 entry on the end of the 29 entry

I have two question
1. should that set off error light ?
2. why does nov report look like it does ther no data for nov yet ?

Possibly, possibly not. Some errors do, some don't. There's a lot of code to look at to make it all consistent, and in any case it depends on exactly what the problem is.

2. why does nov report look like it does ther no data for nov yet ?

Because it's the first of the month - there is no data for November yet.
