Is this a Fine Offset station? Is it the same station that you refer to in your other post?

Steve
the nstructions suggest that if i have a rainwise, then i should use the same settings as a fine offset, but that is all i can say.
no, it is not the same station as my second post.

Which instructions? As far as I'm aware, Rainwise stations are not manufactured by Fine Offset and do not work with Cumulus.

Steve
exstract from ypour help section in cumulus.

"If your exact station model isn't listed, then you probably need to select 'Fine Offset'."

Your messin' with the boss dude  . If Steve doesn't think it's gonna work, it ain't gonna work bro  .
Have a crack at it though by all means, but maybe some research on Google may help you with who makes this weather station you speak of. I ain't heard of it.

Yes, but the point of this is that there are hundreds of different rebadged Fine Offset stations which will work with Cumulus and I can't hope to list all of them in the 'supported devices' list in the wiki. If I haven't written the code to support a particular weather station (and that goes for the Rainwise stations) then just choosing the Fine Offset setting isn't magically going to make it work; it has to be a Fine Offset.

Hi Keith,

I don't think Cumulus supports the Rainwise MK3 station.

It looks as if this site may have an option for you to get your data on the net. http://www.rainwise.net/ Unfortunatly the Pro option is not free.

Cheers

$774.

Gee whizz mate, put it on eBay and get a FOSH unit :)

Its a nice bit of kit but is it really worth 7 times as much.
