Cumulus Support

I want to edit the index.htm page but everytime I edit it and save it it winds
up getting changed back to the original. I know from the information here
it says from version 1.89 it's possible to change it but I can't find the data
on what's necessary so that it doesn't get copied back to the original.
Sorry I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't seem to find it with
the search...I'm thinking it's a line to add in the .ini file but maybe I'm missing
something elsewhere? Thanks.

The index.htm file is produced by Cumulus from the indexT.htm template, it's that file you need to edit; see the wiki: http://wiki.sandaysoft.com/a/Customised_templates

I just want to change the "text" in the welcome and add the model number to the equipment...
I don't see that listed in the indexT.htm...But rather the index.htm (But when I change that it gets changed back)...
So it must be in a TAG somewhere in indext.htm???

Oh...I got it It's the indexT.htm in the WEB Folder...I had edited all the others except that one

Depending on exactly what you want to change, you might find you can do it in the station settings in Cumulus. You can supply the text after 'Welcome to' and a different description of your station model, without editing the web page.
