err, I think you may have to give us a bit more information to go on than this! Also a link to the web pages will help too.

OK
I followed the instructions in the text file.
Normally i get things right when following the instrcurions.
I will now look at emailing what I did but in the meantime, this is the website page
www.polgoothtimes.co.uk
Follow the link on the left to Hourly Statistics
Thanks for a quick response

What specifically isn't working? Your gauges page isn't working, but that's because you haven't uploaded all of the required files - your dbimages directory is empty, for example.

David
A wild stab in the dark here, but are you trying to implement the SteelSeries gauges to replace the standard Cumulus ones?
http://www.davidholman.co.uk/PolgoothTi ... ges-ss.htm
If so you need to do a couple of things, change the links at the bottom of the standard page templates in your computers cumulus/web folder (eg indexT.htm etc) so that the "gauges" link points to gauges-ss.htm.
Also you don't seem to have created all the sub folders on your web server Weather folder and put the SS gauge files in them ("scripts" and "css")
