Hi,
Ever since i updated to cumulus 1.9.2 doesn't respond and i have to end process and start the application up again!
Any reason why?
I have upgraded not clean install, any idea why this is happening?
Cheers...

When does this happen? At start up? Every time? After it's been running for a while? Please zip up the diags folder and attach it.

Just the diags files will do for now; I might need you to turn on the debug log afterwards.

Steve,
Thanks for pointing out where the diags folder is for diagnostics purposes!! it appears the usb controller had problems writing to USB...
I have fixed the USB controller error...
I'll see if it happens again!

Looks like USB issues to me, every time you launch Cumulus you are getting:
14/10/2011 17:29:38.979 : 17:29:38 EWUSB: Initialising EW USB
14/10/2011 17:29:38.979 : 17:29:38 EWUSB: Looking for station...
14/10/2011 17:29:38.979 : 17:29:38 EWUSB: Fine Offset station not found!

Windows says your station isn't connected:
14/10/2011 17:32:19.697 : 17:32:19 EWUSB: Initialising EW USB
14/10/2011 17:32:19.697 : 17:32:19 EWUSB: Looking for station...
14/10/2011 17:32:19.697 : 17:32:19 EWUSB: Fine Offset station not found!
You need to check that it's plugged in properly, or perhaps try another USB port and/or cable.
