I want to upgrade Cumulus 1.9.1 to 1.9.2.
Which files will be lost and needs to backup?

Legacy Cumulus 1 release 1.9.4 (build 1099) - 28 November 2014
(a patch is available for 1.9.4 build 1099 that extends the date range of drop-down menus to 2030)

No files will be lost, but of course you should always take a backup. However, the supplied HTML templates will be overwritten with the latest ones unless you tell it not to install them. It will install them to web/originals anyway so you can look at them, if you choose not to install them.
The simplest way to take a backup is just to backup the entire Cumulus folder/subfolders/files.

If I upgrade will all my all time records and web settings etc be saved or do I have to re input them to the updated version?
