It's the average rate of change over the previous three hours; in other words, the difference between the pressure now and the pressure three hours ago, divided by three. The web tag just gives this figure from the main screen:

Beau, what is the value (term) in either/both the <#presstrend> and/or the <#presstrendenglish> tags!
Beau, maybe you should make a habit of writing down notes of some of the information posted in the forums!
A while back, Steve (or someone else) posted information about the MET Office pressure trend terms...
The default 'AJAX-PHP Saratoga templates' are using the following:

The MET Office equivalent pressure trend terms - not sure about the 'Steady' one:

i been using that code but at -0.003 i was get undefined
an cumulus was reading Falling slowly
so i was checking to see if -0.003 be Falling slowly

Beau, a pressure trend of -0.003 would mean the pressure is 'Steady' as it is less than -0.1 (or -0.100) used for 'Falling slowly'.

-0.003 inHg/hr = -0.1 mb/hr = -0.3 mb in 3 hours = falling slowly
