When I go to http://members.upc.nl/avlot/banner.php it just displays the contents of the php file. This suggests to me that the web server does not support PHP, or at least has not been configured correctly for it.

the web server (UPC) does not support PHP.

Thank you also for the progamma, i run it about 31 december 2008.
