Cumulus Support

I have brought a WH2080, what sort of battery life can I expect from the outside sensor unit.
This will have some bearing on where i am going to re-locate it.

It will depend a lot on the temperature I think and the quality of the batteries

I have certainly had mine in for over 12 months and it endured temperatures as low as -17C during the winter

I operate a WH1081 & change the battery's on average once a year I always use Duracell as they proved the most reliable
as mentioned previously the temperature has quite an impact my range is between -7 & +30 degrees

Thank you. I have now installed a set of new Duracell batteries and hopefully I wont need to get up the ladder until next September
